I did not have to return this so I tried it. It was perfect. One of the first English breakfast teas that I have liked(Scottish breakfast) is my favorite. I have since purchased the 16 ounce loose leaf version. I believe it is the Rwandan black tea that makes this so good. The tea is not bitter and very smooth. I steep for four minutes at 205°.I do put a little coconut/almond milk in it from Califa but can also drink it black.
