As far as nutrition-wise, I would recommend giving live dubia roaches, along with vegetables like squash, turnip greens, and dandelion greens. I order dubis online from Dubi Deli but, there are plenty other places who sells and delivers dubia roaches. **Q: Can I feed this to a Venus flytrap** A: I have a bearded dragon and this product is perfect for their diet. I don't think this product will give your venus fly trap the nutrients it needs. Search for dried blood worms. **Q: Did anyone buy these and have a bunch of live beetle an worms in it?** A: Hi I’ve brought this brand and this kind for a minute.
