How? By you not being able to sleep because of how hot and uncomfortable it really is. I don't consider having a large head and it is just barely velcros in the back and top for adjustment. Still I tried time and again to make this thing work. I suspect that if you look at all the ones available here are made of the same material. So what do you do? Here is what I plan on doing. Instead of pulling your chin upward to keep your mouth from falling open. I have been trying a hand towel rolled up in a roll under my chin. That seems to work but get's lost if you roll over during the night. Now I'm thinking maybe cutting off a small length of something like the tubing for flotation in swimming pools called noodles. Maybe running a cord thru it and tying it in the back would keep it in place. Before throwing away your money on this or any of the other ones with the same concept. I recommend trying something under your chin to keep your mouth from dropping open.
