He admits his mistakes (and helps you avoid them) and deals with the challenges he faced first hand in the restoration of two of these machines.Thoroughly recommended from someone that read the book cover to cover before embarking on his own restoration project. Be warned though, the book is the cheapest part of the process, you will need a deep pocket to get everything just right, but the joy of riding the fruits of your efforts is absolutely priceless.Finally, what this book did most of all was inspire me to go for it myself rather than giving the challenge to a professional. The result was far better than I could ever have dreamt of, and for that I owe the author a big debt of gratitude. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A practical restoration guide. *by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 October 2016* I have a T160 Trident amongst other classics so I bought this book on the basis that Chris Rooke also wrote a similar book about restoring his E-Type, which I also own. The content is practical and written by a good amateur enthusiast. Each chapter includes a lessons learned section which could save the restorer time as a result the content is easier to follow than a workshop manual. A workshop manual and a parts book is still good to have.At first glance it covers the T150 model extensively with a good section on the T160 also. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great book *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 July 2020* Entertaining, honest and informative book.
