Because the the specification of doorbells from different manufacturers is different, so they couldn't communicate. Only doorbells from same manufacturer can work well together. **Q: Can you tell me the dimensions of the transmitter please?** A: Transmitter Size - 3.5x8.5x1.5 cm **Q: I am having problem setting the tune, anyone help me with this please. Do as instructions state but when I press middle front button nothing happens** A: Pick the tune reguired press and hold door bell for three seconds realise and the hopefully it will be set.We really love all the tunes Hope it helps **Q: I have a Iron gate at the entrance and the current doorbell is next to it. Given its iron gate, does that impact the transmission??** A: My husband believes thus should not be a problem with transmission. The doorbell is waterproof so should be quite suitable. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DING DONG..WOWWWWWW *by L***O on 8 March 2018* WOWWWWWW!!I am mega impressed....These little doorbells are just AMAZING.They came quickly, I opened the box...plugged it into the socket, pulled out the little "battery strip" form the actual doorbell, and it instantly worked.I used the sticky pad to stick it on the door frame of my front door and hey presto a fully functioning doorbell.I have plugged one in my hall and the other out in my utility room so as I can hear it in the garden. For years I have been using on that cost me quite a lot of money and it has never really worked efficiently; one of the main problems being that the batteries ran down in less than a month each time.I cannot believe the quality of these for the low price. What I really love about them.....They are neat and not too bigThey flash which I think is brilliant as you can use it on silent if you have a sleeping baby in the house. The tunes are really good, better than some phone melodies that I have heard. They work where I want them too, one being in my outdoor utility room so I can hear it in the garden. So easy to set up.Tremendous value for money.I will see how long the little sticky pad holds up to the elements but that is always replaceable. They come with fixings if you wish to fix them actually into the wall..they even give you a little screwdriver.I can not recommend these highly enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BRILLIANT SOUNDS *by A***R on 3 April 2019* I received these chimes within two days of ordering now thats good service, and I must say quality is excellent.Yvelines have been absolutely brilliant they emailed me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. This system of wireless door chimes is so simple to install, it took me all of five minutes, after taking them out of the box. The hardestpart is deciding which chime or chimes you like, you can have a different chime on each receiver, the barking dog isone of mine. I am very pleased with my new door bell. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value for money with the bonus of a nightlight. *by R***A on 2 September 2018* Received this today and seems really good, worked straight away with no messing around. Bought for my parents who are having problems with their existing doorbell, so we'll see how it goes over time. Like the nightlight feature and how there is a light that comes on when the visitors push button is pressed so visitors don't keep pressing thinking nothing is happening. Only using the basic ringtones as the longer ones are annoying. Giving 4 stars at the screwdriver was missing. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/54494986-wireless-doorbell-ip55-waterproof-door-bell-yvelines-door-chimes-2](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/54494986-wireless-doorbell-ip55-waterproof-door-bell-yvelines-door-chimes-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
