I tried Lactivist after ready on the Legendairy site about a study done on the active ingredient in this and after almost 1 week of taking it 3-4 times daily, I am pumping 1-1.5 ounces more per session combined which is huge when I only pump 1.5-3 ounces combined per session for the first seven weeks of mostly pumping. People complaining about the taste is funny to me. I don’t care what it tastes like, I just want to be able to stop giving my baby 2-3 ounces of formula per day. This was the increase I needed. But I might be the only one on here to say I actually like the way it tastes. I wish it was less sweet, I don’t need the sugar to palate the taste.
