Took a calculated risk in buying it, as not a UK brand, but the reviews seemed promising, plus Amazon were offering a good discount at the time (NB the same Amazon Seller, Cofaro, is selling this on 2 sites, with one site almost £10 cheaper than the other). I considered loads of other taps, 2 to 3 time the price in some cases, but my gut feeling was always with this one, and the risk certainly paid off. It came well packaged, and relatively quickly from the Netherlands. I was immediately impressed when unboxing it: effort had been put into its presentation and packaging, like a far more expensive product, and I was also struck by its quality and aesthetics. It’s also quite heavy. Had to wait patiently for a fortnight before getting it installed…worth the wait though. Had a new sink installed too, so the tap was attached to the sink first, before dropping the sink into place. The correct adapter to allow it to be plumbed into our UK sized pipes was also included in the box, so nothing extra was required to plumb it in. Despite the expertise of the installer, it did require 2 people to help it screw in properly, once through the hole (a case of me holding it in place on top and applying pressure to keep it at 90°, while the installer turned the collar underneath to tighten it (I think). The design of the Caple stainless steel sink (Rello 150) that it was it mounted on did not allow space for one of those triangular supports, but it all seems quite secure without it. But not only is it pleasing to the eye, the tap works very well too. The water flow is measured (not literally) so does not splash everywhere, or froth. The swivel, handle and pull out hose functions work well too, although the spring hose is quite strong and takes up more room under the sink than expected, so you have to ensure it won’t catch on to anything underneath. I was also a bit concerned that the tap might be too tall and overpower the sink, but au contraire, it seems to compliment it rather well, I think. I’m very pleased with my purchase so far. If it lasts half as long as my previous naff-looking tap did (well over 25 years), I’ll definitely have had my money’s worth…hopefully, it might even last as long! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Best of the best.... *by R***O on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 June 2020* Beautiful and quality kitchen tap. Real value for money. Would recommend to anyone. Very quick dispatch from Europe. Well packed. For uk requires 3/8 adapter or just use the one from old tap like I did. At install a bit hard to fit the ring over the hose under the sink but once it goes over all else is easy. All In all great product and amazing value for money for brushed steel. The closest competition is double price for same quality. 5 star all over.
