**Q: How long after surgery should you wait before beginning use?**
A: Hi,

Typically, you can begin to utilize the solution within 48 hours following your procedure.  However, each individual is unique, and we recommend consulting with your surgeon with regards to your individual recovery and process.

**Q: can this go in the freezer for cold rolling?**
A: Its kind of big, and the blue roller part is like a hard foam or plastic, so not sure how long it would maintain the cold.

**Q: I ordered ítem saying that it was going ti get delivered tonight, all of sudden got an email saying that delivery was imposible to. Complete any sugge**

Sometimes, the shipping service (UPS/USPS/FedEx) will update their tracking history should any delays happen.  During Covid-19, there were delays with some shipping, but all of our orders were shipped out ASAP.

This roller is amazingly comforting. I’m 9 weeks post op with Sonobello Abex (Lipo & TTuck) and was told to use a wooden rolling pin or those rough ones with the points. I've been using it for a couple of weeks, after I noticed some fibrosis on my abs. I had a lipo surgery 6 weeks ago and after about 4 weeks the lumps started. I had 17 sessions of massagem with ultrassound and radio frequency starting on the first week post surgery, but since they are very pricey, I decided to stop and give this LipoRoller a try. It looks like it's working, although the lumps are still there, but at least they are not getting worse. It fells good and it helps with the swelling. It doesn't hurt at all, maybe I was expecting it to be a little more rough to actually break the lumps, but I will keep using it and wait for improvements.
