The original battery could no longer hold a charge and Apple’s latest iOS update throttled the phone’s performance to make the phone useless. I thought of throwing it away but decided to see if I could replace the battery myself. I am glad I did because I can now use my phone throughout the day without having to charge it until I get home and the performance is a lot more manageable. Came with all the tools needed along with the instructions. Watched videos online too, which also helped a lot. This battery works with my phone. Seems to last longer compared to original battery when it was new.The LCD cable that gave me the biggest problem is the one closest to the screen. It's a short cable, with the widest connector. Make sure you rock your finger left to right to make sure the whole connector is seated properly. You should hear 2 clicks. You'll know if this is not seated properly since the screen will have black and while stripes. Turn on phone to see passcode works along with all numbers, before finally closing everything up.
