Luckily, the PGP pain subsided, but I was having an almost constant pain next to my belly button (my doctor said it was either a small hernia or my abdominal muscles separated and I was having pressure in that area because of the baby-- 33 weeks); I started wearing this support belt and I no longer had the pain. I was able to get through the work day, (almost) pain free! As soon as I take it off at night, I immediately feel the pain on my stomach; I now wear it every day, since I feel the pain in the morning, until I put on this support belt. It is comfortable and I usually don't notice I'm wearing it (except for every hour or so when I use the ladies room...). Worth the money! I've been told you're not supposed to wear belly bands unless you're on your feet, so I mainly wear it when I am walking around the house or taking my dog on a walk. I like the that matterna pregnancy belt is easy to take on and off, and easily adjustable. Like other reviews said, you need to wear a shirt underneath it because it can be itchy on your skin; this isn't a big deal. The price is affordable and I do feel it gives me the necessary support for walking around.
