Looks rugged.For being a prime member and phone sold through Amazon prime with two day delivery I had to wait 6 days and the package was left in my front door not handed directly to resident as it states in the delivery status. The phone looks rugged and nicely made. but I didn’t receive an owners manual so I’m going to have to guess on most of it luckily I bought a simple phone for my mother so she can understand easily. Didn’t come with much the plug looks like something from another phone and I wish it came with a case or at least a cord so my mom can hold on to it without forgetting it somewhere on something. So I’ll see how it works and I’ll update this review. I’ve included an image of everything it came with. I’m not happy with the dealer I asked for a booklet and they shined me off.
