Review: Super Easy and Effective - This purchase was really just a try for my boyfriend who is working out at home rn. We weren't sure what to expect at first but they are the best thing I think I've ever bought for him. I love me a gift you can use. He uses these everyday along with a pull up bar and the results are great. The value of these are great for what you actually get which is a great workout. Very versatile and able to do several different workouts with it. Came with a very useful poster with even more exercises to do which is useful. Easy for men and women to use. Seem a little too easy for my boyfriend after he's been using them for a while but he uses them until he gets a good sweat going. We absolutely love them and will buy again. So far about 3 weeks in and still pretty durable. I would recommend this product for a easy but effective and cheap workout.

A: No.i love these exercise bands

**Q: Are they of good quality?**
A: I think it's very sturdy. Compared to cheap exercise bands for men, I am willing to invest in a high-quality set of tension straps for my valuable safety.

**Q: How do you install the wall Anchor?**
A: I wouldn’t put on a sheetrocked wall. You’ll probably pull the bolts out even with “mollys”.. if you can catch a wall stud behind the sheet rock, you can get 2 of the bolts secured

**Q: Will the climbing buckle be very small?**
A: It is much larger than the mountaineering buckle of other products. Adding and removing multiple straps on the same handle is very convenient.

This purchase was really just a try for my boyfriend who is working out at home rn. We weren't sure what to expect at first but they are the best thing I think I've ever bought for him. I love me a gift you can use. He uses these everyday along with a pull up bar and the results are great. The value of these are great for what you actually get which is a great workout. Very versatile and able to do several different workouts with it. Came with a very useful poster with even more exercises to do which is useful. Easy for men and women to use. If you looking to buy this set of resistance bands it’s a great set but here the problem I just ran into you going to have to pull more of the resistance band through the robber because after a while it starts to pull the Resistance band through the black robber so I had to come up with my own way of keeping it from snapping loose if you look at my pictures I should you how I did it so I hope this help you out But on another note it’s a good set to Good buy
