I bought it for my 7th grader. I asked him what he loves about it. He said everything. I like that it is not so big that he is able to carry a bunch of junk in it and carry a lot of weight around on his shoulders. Yet it is big enough for his lunch box, water bottle, couple books and his laptop. He does not use the second little bag that came with it. The quality seems to be good for the money.
