So you cannot see through it. It would be used with say a piece of gauze underneath as a dressing over a wound. **Q: does this stick in all four sides** A: It sticks all over the sticky side when the backing has been taken off. Mossy **Q: Is this tape perforated?** A: It's a tape we used on a regular basis in the hospital where I worked. Yes it is perforated. It's easier to remove to.
