However, the way they fold under the other side allows for flexible adjustment and would fit every wrist. Band material is super flexible, soft and rubbery. Better than the original band. Clasp is very steady. Will not come off. They are easy to put on the watch (5 sec job). I have had them for a month and I am quite active. So far they appear to be durable against sweat.
