But...I'm one of the people who had some hair loss while using it. It was really noticeable. It hit me really hard really fast. Some people say their hair thickens. IDK about that. You need to watch your hair closely while taking. I'm going to resume taking it with a DHT blocker(finasteride). The tartrate version is the one that affects testosterone the most. Regular I-carnitine(not tartrate) powder doesn't have this effect apparently. This is close to taking a mild anabolic steroid IMO. Good luck. However two different supplements, but I’ve used other forms of carnitine, this form just didn’t do me any justice.
