A blend of 100% Arabica coffee beans, of the best quality in the world (Guatemala, Costa Rica, Brazil, Santo Domingo). A medium roasted coffee, prepared at not high temperatures, perfect for people who are looking for a creamy espresso, with a sweet and delicate aroma and with hints of honey and fruit.To preserve the aroma of this precious coffee, Incas pays attention to the packaging which consists of an aluminium bag with a valve containing 1kg of product. . The graphic is also very elegant showing both the main monuments of Benevento, a small town in the South of Italy and the characters of pre-Columbian populations. To respect the characteristics of each variety, Incas chooses to toast coffee according to its origin by modulating the temperature and the cooking time and by leaving the entire product process to the experience of master of roasting.Each blend has got from 7 to 13 different origins, it is cooked separately in drum ovens for a variable time which depends on the type of coffee used (from 18 to 22 minutes at a temperature between 200 and 240 degrees) so as to obtain a uniform cooking which enhances the characteristic of the different types of coffee.
