I have slightly sensitive combination acne prone skin. It has not been easy to find a product that provides enough moisture for my dry cheeks while keeping my t zone balanced and send acne breakouts packing. During summers this product sometimes by itself but often layered under a few drops of pure squalane oil has done the trick. I live in a very dry area, so I keep it refrigerated and also use it a few times a week as a mask prior to getting in the shower after coming in from a hot morning walk. At which time it provides a very nice relieving and moisturizing cryo effect that also protects my skin barrier from the steam. This is also my skincare aid for both shaving and after tweezing. Due to the fragrance free, additive free, natural & organic nature of this aloe vera it's truly a product with multi tasking yet gentle potential. Effective and a little goes a long way so it truly is the most affordable skin care goodie I have found.
