I decorated an old metal 2 foot urn and used just over half the pot, I applied with a round stipple brush and there was no waste or drips. When you open the pot there is a liquid on the top which I stirred in and the texture appearance is that of gold leaf. I would recommend. The bottle needs to be shaken very well before using as it tends to separate into layers. So far it's worked as expected, I've used it on both glazed and unglazed ceramics.
