Review: Manufacturer warranty isn't real - The product worked nicely for the first 4 months. Then a loud rattling sound was made every time I ran the dehumidifier. I contacted the company with the extended warranty and they referred me to the manufacturer as it was less than an year and under the manufacturer warranty. I contacted desertcart, who gave me a generic email which bounced back. desertcart never responded to my request asking to check the email and provide working contact details. I looked online for the manufacturer, based in the US and never got a response. I am extremely disappointed as the product worked well, but only for a very short time. And no one has been able to support me to get it fixed or replaced.

**Q: for 2023 standard, how many pints a day is the REAL rating?**
A: Mine only pulls around 20 oz a day

**Q: Does it dehumidify quickly?/Does the bucket fill with water quickly? Thank you.**
A: It depends on how much water is in the air. Ours collected about four cups (32 ounces) of water from the air in a 27 foot camping trailer, about the size of an 800sqft apartment in a matter of about 36 hours. It also has a tube to connect it to a larger bucket, sink, or drain so it can run constantly and not worry about the reservoir bucket overflowing. It is not a commercial grade large dehumidifier, but it definitely gets the job done and makes a difference in a bedroom, basement, camper trailer, etc.

**Q: Is this powerful enough to help with the humidity in the living room?**
A: Of course, my apartment is 600 square feet and this dehumidifier does the job perfectly

**Q: 2 drain plugs in mine??? One is loose.  Is it extra? Fell out when unpacking.**

I didn’t realize how much moisture I had in my room until I tried Simsen’s dehumidifier. I liked it to the extent I bought another one. The only thing I wish they could work on is the white noise it makes, despite that it’s a great product to have.
