The decisions to be made are many and layered, but the satisfaction of gameplay comes from making the tough choices you're called upon to make. The theme works and is enjoyable (assuming you find sheep ranching interesting). The game takes a bit of learning, but as long as you're not looking for immediate gratification or a 15-minute fix, the payoff is worth the effort. The solo mode for the game is quite good, as well.

I prefer the cow theme of the original, but the ability to shear sheep is a welcome upgrade.
