However, set-up is difficult. It took me three days to figure everything out. There's instructions with it, but it's not explicit. It refused to recognize my log-in information. The verification code they email to you at the end needs to be used in something like 30 seconds. It was very frustrating, but now that it's set up I love it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well with Alexa *by V***J on Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2018* These plugs work great with Alexa, which is what I ordered them for, or with their own app. You do have to set up the separate app and link it to Alexa first, but you only have to do it once. When it’s off, it’s off, so you don’t have to worry about it using power when you’re not using whatever is plugged in, which is something I was concerned about. It lost a star with me because of the size. It is way too big to plug into a standard outlet and be able to use the other outlet. You could potentially solve the loss of plug in space with a power strip, but I can’t find a group of things that I can plug in that I will need all of them to be off or on at the same time.
