I ordered a 2X which is a size up from what I needed the product was snug on me and didn't seem like it was long enough it barely went under my belly button once it was on. If you can tolerate wearing it it does make your midsection sweat but not much else. I tried to cut the straps off of it to see if I could pull it further down on my midsection where it that way it worked that way also but between the smell when the terrible fit I'm not willing to wear it. ### ⭐ Smelled so badly I had to remove it from my house. *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 2, 2018* This smelled of chemicals so strongly when it arrived I immediately put it in the washer to wash first.
