I used the size guide and ordered but the size was too big. And the skates didn’t even work properly- so much pressure to open/close.Complained about this whole thing to the seller and they say they can’t reimburse for shipping. Since i am prime member i got it shipped free so the sellers excuse is they already spent a lot on shipping. I inquired about shipping and the cost would be more than the shoe price itself. Talked about this to the seller and they say they can’t do anything here and that I should have thought before purchasing.
