Very misleading and time consuming. I could have used my gloves in the bag to use up the extra length. Very disappointing. Now back to customer service to get my 20 dollar credit for the bag that can’t be applied to third party so I can’t use it to order the bag. Then to call UPS and cancel their pick up of my paddle.
