I had to buy coconut oil and that's it. There are two packages that make about one dozen cookies each. I made one package with 1/4 cup of coconut oil, 1/4 cup of water, and one package of mix. Then I mixed it all together and scooped out 12 cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. The cookies look like ping pong balls before they go in the oven. I decided to insert chocolate chips into the tops of half the cookies to add more flavor. I baked them for 14 minutes on 325 degrees. However, when they come out they are flat orbs as can be seen form the picture.The cookies were moist and chewy and kind of greasy. Both my boyfriend and I felt these tasted okay when warm but this is not something I would buy. I liked the results when I added the chips, although the chips do not melt at the temperature this is baked at. However, once the cookies cooled, we felt they tasted greasier. As a result, we threw them out after eating about two cookies each from the entire batch.Another thing I didn't like is that there are big chunks in the package that appear to be dried apple. It made the mix hard to distribute evenly.According to the package each baked cookie is around 110 calories.The mix itself is made of:- organic coconut palm sugar- organic dehydrated apples- cassava flour- organic coconut milk (coconut milk and water)- almond flour- maple syrup- arrowroot flour- vanilla (extractive of vanilla bean, water, and alcohol)- Himalayan pink sea salt ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by E***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2018* Favorite flavor!
