Trumpet Valve Oil Pack Of 2 Review: Does just what it's meant to do. - Excellent product. Works well on all four of ny trumpets. Reco.mended it to my son and to friends. Review: The once sticky valves on my instrument began to move like brand new and the tuning slides would slide with ... - Adewale Ojeleye ENG 302 2/3/16 desertcart Product Review I have been participating in concert band as a tuba player for over six years now. This period of time extends all the way back from elementary school to my current status as a college student. Over the course of these years, I have come into contact with different tubas of varying states. To anyone with knowledge or experience of brass instruments, it is no surprise that the state of an instrument directly affects the player’s performance during rehearsal. Player skill does mitigate or rather enhance the performance potential of an instrument, but a non-working integral part of an instrument will hinder any player’s performance despite their skill. At the start of the semester, I was given a rental tuba that has seen some use. As a whole, the current condition of the instrument was less than desirable. The valves were sticky and the tuning slides would hardly move a centimeter. Simply playing a scale proved to be difficult with the tuba’s sticky valve buttons. The instrument’s tuning slides and valves were in dire need of valve oil. Tired with my struggling attempts to play on the tuba, I purchased and ordered a small bottle of valve oil (or Blue Juice as the company calls it) through desertcart last week. The order confirmation predicted a delivery time of one week. I was surprised to receive the bottle a few days earlier than projected by the web services. To my relief, there were no marks or damage on the bottle of valve oil. After applying a couple drops to my concert band instrument, I was met with immediate results. The once sticky valves on my instrument began to move like brand new and the tuning slides would slide with little to no effort. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. The product completely met my expectations and fulfilled all my services. I am now able to perform on my instrument without a hitch. For anyone on the fence on purchasing this item, I fully recommend taking upon the commitment for this product. ## Features - Valve, slide, and key oil - Compact bottles that will fit in any brass case - Used from beginners to professionals - Great for marching band - Two 2.0 fluid o.z. bottles of valve oil ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #630 in Musical Instruments ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments ) #6 in Brass Instrument Cleaning & Care Products | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 6,201 Reviews | ## Product Details - **Material:** Polytetrafluoroethylene - **Brand:** Blue Juice - **Package Information:** Bottle - **Liquid Volume:** 2 Fluid Ounces - **Item Weight:** 2 Ounces ## Images ![2 Fluid Oz. Why?** A: Not really sure why. I have heard of this before. The only reason that I am familiar with is when you have both a PO box and street address on your ship to address. **Q: Does this work for valve trombones?** A: Yes. Most trombones do not have valves. But this would work well on the valves of a valve trombone. **Q: Cant be delivered to my address** A: you may have to go to a local music store to get it. most of them carry this product **Q: What are the shipping restrictions? I could not purchase because of "shipping restrictions" to my home address in FL.** A: I live in Rhode Island and had no issues with delivery. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does just what it's meant to do. *by M***N on August 9, 2026* Excellent product.
