Review: Good supplement at the right dosage - These are the right dosage - the actual maximum recommended daily amount (420mg) if you take the 2 capsules as directed. This 420mg is supposed to be from all sources of magnesium. I take one daily which gives me 210mg of magnesium, below the recommended 350mg maximum daily dosage from just supplements. I also eat a lot of cashews as I have been a cashew addict my whole life so I am probably good on magnesium!
