It works very well, but there is a feature that initially caught me out. Once the spare length of band has been pulled through, as well as rotating the worm drive screw downwards towards the band it is necessary to latch the screw holder into the worm drive body in order to properly engage the worm drive. Once this is done it becomes a very sound and secure assemble. If this sound complicated and/or confusing - it isn't! By simply looking at the thing before starting the installation you will see what I mean.
