Review: Looks Great & Nice Features - I have purchased this clock twice - the first time it worked for 8 months. I liked the clock, the size, the multi color options and the remote control. After it stopped working I replaced the clock with the same model, thinking the failure was an anomaly. The customer service team reached out to me and replaced the clock free of charge - and suggested the USB power supply could have caused the failure. I have replaced the USB power supply and now giving it another run. 5 Stars for the customer service.
