**Q: is this to small for a 5year old**
A: Yes our 3year old is now getting to big for it.

**Q: Does this fold down?**
A: No it doesn't but it is very easy to detach the handle by pressing a small button and pulling the handle out. Refitting is very simple by just pushing the handle back in.

**Q: Do the handle go up**
A: No handle does not move

**Q: Is this tall enough for a 4 year old**
A: Hi there, I would say it is too small for a 4 year old and it also feels very flimsy. My 3 year refuses to use his!
