However, once I got the chance to try them, I feel that they're pretty good. They were very easy to cook, and the directions are simple; The only ingredients you need at the batter, and the sparkling water. They have a nice texture that's in line with other pancakes I've tried; They're not the fluffiest pancakes I've had, but they aren't super dense either. They're soft and easy to eat, and absorb syrup well. They have a nice bit of natural sweetness, and I like that they have a light vanilla flavor.I appreciate that these are vegan, because while I eat some animal products, I try to cut them out of my diet when I can. Additionally, I like that this pancake mix contains garbanzo bean powder to add some additional nutritional value in the form of protein and fiber.If there's one thing I didn't like about this product, it's that I wish you received more of it. I'd say that this is really only enough pancake mix to make two meals for one person.However, overall, I'm satisfied with this pancake mix.
