These take about 20 seconds to wrap per hand, which is so much better than the 180" wraps. I have found these ample to protect the wrists and knuckles matched up with my Everlast pro style gloves. Sometimes I just prefer these over the Revgear because because of the convenience and depending on who I am partnering up with.
