The gloves are of a reasonable thickness, not so thick that they block the ability to feel, but certainly enough to make them perfect for multi-purpose uses. I also use mine when I polish furniture, to protect my hands from a cocktail of chemicals, and also when cleaning my artist's brushes and paint pots for the same reason. The gloves themselves are well-stuffed into a dispenser box, making them easy to store; they do not stick together when accessed and are powder-free. The gloves are light and comfortable to use; they do not split, and the well-defined cuffs do not tear when being pulled on, meaning that (apart from medical usage) they can be reused.
