Worked great as a temporary fix for a heat pump with a failed solenoid on the reversing valve. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great price *by D***N on 8 May 2026* Makes the job a lot easier having this bit of kit 👍 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helped me to keep original sprinkler feed in tact while enabling use of a remote smart sprinkler *by M***K on 7 September 2025* So simple, yet so effective! I used this magnet when tapping off an existing sprinkler feed to add a smart sprinkler unit and a hose bibb. All my solenoids, and their sprinkler valves, are at the front of my house, but the smart sprinkler is at the rear. Since the smart sprinkler would replace the rear valve's role in controlling watering, I needed this rear valve to be always on. All I had to do was slip the solenoid off this valve and slip the magnet on (be sure to place the proper side up). Now, I had just what I wanted - always-on flow to rear sprinkler feed. Note that if you do something similar, I strongly recommend a shutoff valve close to the smart sprinkler, hose bibb, or whatever so you can conveniently shut off the water for servicing these items.
