Now it is completely pointless. I have one day to return this item but due to a snowstorm I'm unable to get to UPS( almost 40 minutes away). Now I'm stuck with a piece of junk and wasted money.I desperately wanted to love this item as it had everything I needed all in one tool! But it is pointless to buy a 2-headed stitch remover when only one side is sharp (marginally). Locking mechanism is wobbly and if you even tap it with your thumb while you're removing a tight seam, its going to retract on you. Maybe if it were sharp, it wouldn't take so much effort though.
