What I liked about this product was the fact that it combines a variety of different essential wellness options formulated to work well together, so I was excited to give this set a try. I especially liked that it included an immune booster, as I'm increasingly interested in not getting sick as I get older.The capsules are mid-sized and easy to take, and none of the three formulas caused me any negative side effects that I noticed. I generally take the sleep one at night to help me relax and ensure I get decent-quality rest, as I do have issues with insomnia from time to time. Then I take the immune and B-complex ones during the day.The sleep one does help me fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up more rested -- especially in comparison to other similar products I've tried over the years. I liked that this doesn't leave me with that groggy, "I took something last night" feeling to push through in the mornings when I need to get things done. The B-complex formula actually gives me a little bit of extra pep and alertness in the mornings, which I like. It's harder to tell whether the immune formula is actually doing anything, but I feel great and haven't gotten sick lately, so that's a good sign.All things considered, I do really like the product. It met my expectations and worked well. But all in all, you only get a one-month supply for your buck here, which potentially makes this a prohibitively pricey long-term option for me. I'll have to think about whether I want to continue taking it for that reason, but really that's my only critique here. The product is great, and I definitely recommend giving it a try if it sounds like your thing.

There is a 30 day supply here for each bottle.Ingredient-wise this has all the standards used for these benefits. Supplements are only as good as the brand. In this case I view omegaXL as a very reliable brand as I've heard of them before and they have plenty of products listed here with thousands of good reviews.At current price of ~$59, I think this is slightly pricey compared to other options out there. But this is a simplified user friendly mix of supplements from a known reputable brand. 4-STAR rating by me in consideration of price/value/choices.

These supplements are overpriced for what you get. Sleep didn't help me. B seems to do what it's supposed to. Immunity I can't tell, only I haven't caught anything, but I also rarely interact with other humans.You can get all these types of supplements at your local pharmacy with the bonus of a pharmacist to tell you if you should based on your records, and usually with a sale deal.

I would have preferred the use of methylcobalamin B12, which is highly absorbable and safe for the body, over the cyanocobalamin B12 used in this blend. Cyanocobalamin B12 has potential concerns regarding its safety with long-term use, as it can convert to cyanide during metabolism. Another point worth mentioning is the presence of hydroxymethyl cellulose and microcrystalline cellulose, along with silicon dioxide, in the sleep formula as fillers. I love getting all three of these supplements conveniently packaged together.I didn't take the sleep vitamin daily, so the others were gone sooner.I found them to be effective, not too large, and not unpleasant.I would purchase these again.

This is a great set of vitamins to address several issues. I particularly like the sleep formula. I tend to fall asleep easily but wake up around 3-4 a.m. and have a hard time going back to sleep, even with melatonin. With this product, I am sleeping better, staying asleep through the night more often. That's life-changing for me since my productivity depends so much on getting good sleep. I would order this one again for sure.The other two supplements I'm taking in the morning. I know it will take time to see real benefits from those, but so far, so good. They are easy-to-take gel capsules.One thing to note: These bottles come double sealed for safety, but once opened, do not have child proof caps. They have a flip cap to dispense them, which I like, but if you have small children, you'll need to store these hidden and out of reach.
