If the Denon is using infra red to commuication with the remote control then I would say yes it will work. Another word of advice, this product doesn't work well if your receiving devices (sky box, DVD, etc) aren't housed in a solid doored media cabinet. My cabinet had slats and I had to place cardboard on the inside of the doors to enable the blasters to work.
