Unfortunately, this product is a dud. Although I have experimented with all the ear pieces provided, water leaks in between my ears and speakers almost instantly, killing all sound or, at least, reducing it to a low rumble. The problem seems to be the lack of positive pressure exerted by the neck band. The plastic is so weak that the band cannot hold the ear pieces securely against the opening to the ear canal. As such, the motion of swimming allows water to enter where it doesn't belong.
