Amazon hat schnell für eine Ersatzmaschine gesorgt. Leider bestand die Problematik mit der heißlaufenden Rührschüssel auch bei dieser Maschine, was darauf schließem lässt, dass es sich bei der ersten Maschine nicht um ein Montagsfabrikat handelt, sondern dass es sich um einen allgemeinen Konstruktionsfehler handeln dürfte. Doch nicht genug. Beim letzten Einsatz vorige Woche (vier Monate nach Erhalt des Ersatzgerätes) tropfte aus der neuen Kitchenaid aus dem Kopf mit der Rührmechanik oberhalb der Rührschüssel plötzlich eine dunkle Masse, vermutlich ein Schmiermittel. Nur dank unserer schnellen Reaktion konnte verhindert werden, dass der Teig durch die heruntertropfende Masse verdorben wurde. Ernüchtert muss ich also feststellen, dass hier trotz des doch respektablen Preises ein unausgereiftes und qualitativ nicht den Anforderungen entsprechendes Gerät von mir gekauft wurde. Nun kann ich nur auf Kulanz seitens Amazon hoffen, damit eine Neuanschaffung nicht zu 100% zu meinen Lasten geht. Denn ein neues Gerät muss her.
