A pain to handle, drain & clean afterward, you even can't drain the clean water tank if needed. And I would qualify the cleaning/shampoo efficiency as rather light comparing with other carpet cleaners I used in the past. I would rather buy a chinese model for a quarter of the price

Rather disapointed by Karcher products lately and this one is no exception. A pain to handle, drain & clean afterward, you even can't drain the clean water tank if needed. And I would qualify the cleaning/shampoo efficiency as rather light comparing with other carpet cleaners I used in the past. I would rather buy a chinese model for a quarter of the price
