In my opinion, the accuracy of the blood oxygen readings is relatively good, but I wouldn't expect clinical-grade precision. Most of my readings have been consistent, though results can be significantly affected by less-than-ideal conditions (e.g. cold hands). The accuracy of the pulse rate measurements seems to be more precise.
