My second time ordering but not my last time . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Indispensible now *by A***S on January 23, 2024* I bought two jars when I ran across an old family photo of my grandmother making Chow Chow back in Chicago in 1946. Everybody had their own recipe and everybody made it. My family never heard of it. Nobody wanted to try it until curiosity got the better of them. Now we are in panic mode without a jar around. I buy four a month. We like the "hot" version. It isn't really "hot", just a bit prickly. We now use it on steak, fish, lamb, especially pork and chicken, salad - jut about everything but jello and apple pie. We ran out last night and I was about to throw the empty jar when my wife took it and scrapped the inside clean with a butter knife to get the dribbles. To us, it is that good. Just finished ordering four more jars. We tried Amish and it is great.
