This kit only includes: hair color, hair developer, gloves, instructions and a small packet of hair conditioner. If you have LONG hair, buy 2 boxes. Long being shoulders and down. If you have SHORT hair, by 1 box. Short being above shoulders. Instructions said 40 minutes for first time using color. I kept on for 40 minutes. I love this color so much, I put a reminder on desertcart to buy again in December. I think I found the color I've always wanted. From trying so many different colors in the past 40 years.
