This is really the only phone holder I have found to fit my Lexus vent, so I would say that is a win. However, there is nothing I can do to make my phone stop shaking while I am driving. I have tightened it as much as I can. It also lines up with the buttons on the side of my phone, which isn't ideal because it accidentally hit the SOS function while tightening at one point.
