Will this fit me?** A: Not sure if it will go that small. I have a 17 neck and it fit me ok. **Q: Hsa/fsa eligible?** A: I do not recall. I believe I payed full price for it. There is another kind that is. Cervical neck traction device by DaviSmart. Works great and better then the one you’re asking about. I bought 3 of them and they didn’t cost me anything **Q: Is this a HSA approve device?** A: I do not know. However, I am suffering from cervical herniated discs, and this did the trick. I use it in conjointion with ice patches and it works great helping to reduce nerves inflammation in the vertebrae.
