The lid model is DLKC12/20 and FK is the brand. The cup model is KC16S. The lids appear to be made for smaller cups, possibly 12oz cups rather than the 16oz cups that is advertised. One would assume the lids and cups would fit because they are sold together, not separately ordered. These cups and lids were rendered useless for my son's birthday party. For potential customers, look elsewhere for your cups/lids purchase because you might end up with this situation. Look at the picture I uploaded and see how the lip of lid touches the lip of the cup. It shouldn't be like that.
