I love how it looks too.The build quality is pretty low. Sometimes it freezes completely and I have to wait for the battery to run out before I can use it again. Once it started making a very loud high pitch sound and nothing I tried would stop it. I had to wrap it in towels to dull the sound and wait a long time until the battery ran out. Turning it off and on gives you a very loud notification, no matter how low the volume. And now the power button doesn't click anymore which tells me that's starting to break tooI really want to like this speaker, but all these problems mean I can only give it 3 stars. I've only had it a few months but I can't see it lasting many more.If the build quality was improved I would buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Speaker for the money *by S***Q on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 June 2017* I am happy with this speaker. Although advertised as Gold, its more soft pink, which I like. The sound is very impressive. Its very easy for pairing your devices. You can see the LED charged light easily. It beeps when you reach the highest sound level. The integrated stand works well, but not sure If i will bother attaching my mobile to the back. I used it with a Samsung S6 edge, but found the sound levels abit low. With the SD card inserted though, its very loud. My only problem is that it will only play ONE track off the SD card. I didn't buy it soley for this option, but I'm miffed it wont work. As in other buyers comments, I found the radio wont work, unless you attach your cable and then I only got about 5 stations, none of them any interest to me. It is also VERY loud when its first turned on. Quite pleasant sound, but way toooo loud if you are in a quiet space. No way of turning that lower either. (updated comment - if you press and hold the volume down button as it powers on, it will lower it but only for that one time) its compact which is why I bought it. Would have been nice to have a pouch for it. ### ⭐⭐ Sturdy unit, spoiled by blaring out music (not mine) when switched on, plus background crackle (hopefully a faulty unit) *by J***Z on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 January 2017* This is a sturdy little device, with surprisingly loud output.However, my unit (hopefully a faulty one - it was returned as such) had a constant background crackle from the instant it was switched on.But, even without that, its major fault is that when you switch it on, it plays a loud snippet of music so that you can tell that pressing the power button worked. A little light showing that's it's on would be just fine, thanks!My use case was somewhat unusual in that I bought it with a view to using it as a pillow speaker (i.e. tucked under my pillow) to help me get to sleep.
