If you put it near there phone you can hear it pip when they tip the pills into there hand. It also has an alarm that you can enable or disable, but always pips when it opens and pips when tipped into your hand to reset. Worth every penny ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great buy *by T***M on 2 January 2022* This was not a difficult to set up as I expected, first dose came out an hour early but then adjusted to day light savings time and has worked perfectly since. If need to access meds earlier if person is going to bed early then can use the key to open up the device. Definitely gave me peace of mind that right dose at right time is released and no risk of double dosing as was starting to happen.
