**Q: Did anyone actually buy this product?  the reviews are all from free products to review - so they usually get high ratings...so what's the real story?**
A: I purchased two boxes of the product and am very happy with it.  The little ampoule's last several weeks as I only use the product once or twice a week.  I feel it definitely affects my skin as to softness and firmness.

**Q: How often do you use this product?**
A: I use the toner in my nightly skincare routine, but you can use it during both your morning and night time routines, if you choose. I only use the microbiome ampoule a few times a week, when I use a mask, but you can use it everyday. I feel like masks really help it penetrate much deeper. Hope this helps.

**Q: How strongly fragranced is this? What is the scent?**
A: hardly any scent...very mid

**Q: Is this producto ionizable ? + or - ?**
A: It is not a serum. If you are using a high frequency device or something similar, a serum would be much more suitable. Hope this helps.
